Curious about the groundbreaking work happening in St. Louis? Visitors to Celebrate 250 can experience it firsthand at STL Innovates, an interactive exhibit inside Innovation Village presented by Washington University in St. Louis.
The hands-on showcase highlights five key areas where the region is making an impact—from advancing healthcare and agriculture to developing new technologies, energy solutions, and cutting-edge imaging. With interactive displays, large-format screens, and engaging exhibits, the experience offers a closer look at the innovations shaping the future right here in St. Louis.
The free exhibit will be open at Live! by Loews in Ballpark Village on Friday, July 3, from noon to 6 p.m., and Saturday, July 4, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Admission is free and open to all ages.

Cardinals Snap Four-Game Skid with 2-1 Win Over Marlins
The St. Louis Cardinals got back in the win column Sunday, defeating the Miami Marlins 2-1 to end a four-game losing streak.
Bryan Torres provided all the offense the Cardinals would need with a clutch two-run home run, while starting pitcher Kyle Leahy turned in an impressive performance on the mound. Leahy kept Miami's hitters in check throughout his outing, allowing just one run and giving St. Louis the chance to hold on for the victory.
The win provided a much-needed boost for the Cardinals after a difficult stretch and helped the club regain some momentum as it continues its series against the Marlins.
Torres' timely blast and Leahy's strong pitching proved to be the difference in a tightly contested game, as the Cardinals escaped with a one-run victory and ended their skid.
Artists Wanted for the 2026 Faust Park Art Fair

Calling all artists, makers, and creatives! Applications are now open for vendors at the 2026 Faust Park Art Fair, one of St. Louis County's favorite fall traditions.
The annual event will take place September 5–6, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., at the picturesque Faust Historic Village. Organizers are looking for talented creators working in painting, pottery, woodworking, jewelry, photography, fiber arts, mixed media, handmade goods, and more. Nearly 50 vendors have already signed up, with space still available for additional local artists.
Vendors will have the opportunity to showcase their work in a beautiful historic setting while connecting with thousands of visitors enjoying free admission, food trucks, live music, and tours of the historic village. Artists may choose to participate for one day or both days, making the event accessible for both emerging and established creators.
