Silver Miners Have Outrun Silver Since 2020

Since March 2020, silver has returned about 402%. The silver miners returned 445%.

That gap is the leverage our research team focuses on. When silver rises, a producer's net asset value can rise much faster, and share prices tend to follow. It works in both directions, and a mine is only as good as the company running it.

The Ultimate Silver Playbook shows how the team separates the miners worth owning from the rest, and which silver stocks are on its watchlist now. It's free.

A major medical milestone is making headlines right here in Chesterfield! Dr. Brian Peterson and his surgical team at St. Luke's Heart & Vascular Institute have become the first surgical team in the world to perform 1,000 Transcarotid Artery Revascularization (TCAR) procedures!

This groundbreaking achievement highlights the advanced medical care available in our community and the dedication of local healthcare professionals working to help protect patients from strokes.

🩺 What makes TCAR so special? The minimally invasive procedure treats blockages in the carotid arteries, which supply blood to the brain. During surgery, blood flow is temporarily redirected away from the brain while doctors place a stent to help keep the artery open. This innovative approach helps prevent dangerous plaque fragments from traveling to the brain and causing a stroke.

According to Dr. Peterson, the technique can significantly reduce the risk of stroke during the procedure compared with traditional carotid artery surgery. Patients may also benefit from smaller incisions and a quicker recovery, with many returning home after just one night in the hospital.

🌟 A World-First Achievement in Chesterfield!

Reaching 1,000 TCAR procedures is an extraordinary accomplishment for Dr. Peterson and his team. St. Luke's leadership celebrated the milestone as a reflection of the team's expertise, innovation, and commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.

💙 Congratulations to the entire St. Luke's surgical team for putting Chesterfield on the map with this remarkable medical achievement!
