Developer TriStar Properties originally planned 105 rental units, but after gathering feedback from local real estate professionals, the company decided to focus on homes for buyers instead.

The nearly 17-acre neighborhood will be located along Chesterfield Parkway, between Central Park and the future Downtown Chesterfield district at the former mall site.
Plans include ranch-style villas, two-story townhouses, first-floor primary bedrooms, and designs that encourage walkability and neighborhood connections.

According to the developer, prices are expected to start in the high $600,000s.

Big changes are coming to one of the St. Louis area's busiest highways! The Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT) is preparing for a major construction project that could affect commuters traveling east from Chesterfield.
Beginning in 2027, MoDOT plans to replace the eastbound I-64 bridge over Vandeventer Avenue in St. Louis City and improve the interstate's interchange at Grand Boulevard.

The project is expected to require a roughly year-long closure of eastbound I-64 through the construction area.
Although the work is located closer to downtown St. Louis, the closure could affect Chesterfield residents commuting into the city or traveling to nearby destinations.
