Throughout his career with Monarch, Chief Porter was recognized for his leadership, mentorship, and unwavering commitment to the fire service. His dedication to training and developing future firefighters has left a lasting impact on both the department and the broader fire service community, making the ceremony's dedication a fitting tribute to his legacy.
The event also celebrated the graduates of Fire Academy Class 128 as they begin their careers serving communities across the region.
